X射线法评价轴承零件磨削表层的热损伤
ASSESSING GRINDING HEAT INJURY OF BEARING PARTS BY X-RAY DIFFRACTION PROFILE
【摘要】 选取 8组GCr1 5钢制普通淬回火轴承套圈在实验室条件下进行高温回火试验 ,研究了X射线半高宽随回火温度和时间的变化。结果表明 ,X射线半高宽与回火参数P[=T(c +logt) ]之间符合Hollomn Jaffe关系。用最小二乘法对X射线半高宽与P进行回归 ,获得回归方程Y =4 41 .0 (P× 1 0 - 3) - 2 .0 9,这一方程可用于轴承零件磨削表面层热损伤的定量或半定量评价
【Abstract】 Eight series of GCr15 steel bearing inner rings treated by commonly quench tempered were tempered in high temperature under lab conditions. It was investigated that X ray FWHM (Full Width at Half of Maximum intensity of X ray diffraction profile) changed with tempering temperature and tempering time. The result shows that the relation between the X ray FWHM and the tempering parameter P[T(c +log t )] is in agreement with Hollomn Jaffe relation. The X ray FWHM was regressed with P by least square method, and regression equation Y=441.0(P ×10 -3 ) -2.09 was obtained. This equation can be used for assessing the grinding heat injury of bearing parts quantitatively or semi quantitatively.
