热变形和冷却速率对Nb-Ti微合金钢相变行为和显微组织的影响
THE EFFECT OF HOT-DEFORMATION AND COOLING RATE ON THE PERFORMANCE OF PHASE TRANSFORMATION AND MICROGRAPH FOR Nb-Ti MICROALLOYED STEELS
【摘要】 采用热加工物理模拟和金相技术研究了高温奥氏体区的变形和不同冷却速度对Nb Ti微合金钢相变行为和显微组织的影响。结果表明 ,形变诱导相变 ;试验钢在较宽的冷却速度范围内 (5 2 0℃ /s)均能形成贝氏体组织 ,且在不同冷却速度下 ,贝氏体转变开始温度很相近 ,这有利于在工业生产中获得稳定的性能
【Abstract】 The hot compression test and micrography have been employed in studying the effects of hot deformation and cooling rate on phase transformation and microstructure for Nb-Ti microalloyed steels. The result displays that strain induces transformation during deformation. It also shows that bainite forms at wide range of cooling ratio and the bainite transformation temperatures are quite close even cooled at different ratio. This is helpful in achieving products with stable properties.
