ICP-AES法测定锡铅焊料中铜铁镉锌铝铋

【摘要】 锡铅焊料试样经盐酸、硝酸分解后,加入一定量的硫酸沉淀分离基体铅,以盐酸 氢溴酸排锡后,采用ICP AES法同时测定铜、铁、镉、锌、铝、铋。方法没有谱线和背景干扰,检出限铜为0.000034%,铁为0.000038%,镉为0.000026%,锌为0.000071%,铝为0.00025%,铋为0.00060%,回收率在91.0%~99.2%之间。完全满足锡铅焊料中的铜、铁、镉、锌、铝、铋测定的要求。

【Abstract】 After dissolution in HCl and HNO3, the matrix elements, lead and tin were removed successively by precipitation as lead sulfate and by volatilization as tin bromide. Metal ions, remained in the solution of about 0.5mol·L-1 in HCl, were used for the ICP-AES determination. Matrix and background interferences were eliminated by this pretreatment. Working conditions of instrument for the determinations were optimized. Recoveries tested were in the range of 91.0%~99.2% for all these 6 metal ions.
