高灵敏度固相光度法测定微量汞(Ⅱ)的研究
STUDY ON THE SOLID-PHASE PHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF TRACE AMOUNTS OF MERCURY
【摘要】 研究了溴化汞络阴离子与四乙基罗丹明B离子缔合物在聚氯乙烯膜(PVC膜)上的吸附,并建立了聚氯乙烯膜固相光度(PVC膜光度法)测定微量汞(Ⅱ)的高灵敏度分析方法。方法的线性范围为0~7μg/10ml,检出限为4×10-8g/10ml,该体系灵敏度高,稳定性好,用于水样中微量汞的测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 The adsorption behavior of the ion association complex formed between HgBr2-4 and cation of tetraethyl rhodamine B(H2RB2+) on the PVC film was studied. The absorption maxima of the association complex on the film was found at 560nm. Based on these facts, a method of solid-phase photometric (on the PVC film) determination of trace amounts of mercury by DW-photometric measurement (λ1=620nm, λ2=560nm) was proposed. Beer′s law holds in the range of 0~7μg of Hg(Ⅱ) per 10ml of solution. The limit of detection was found to be 4×10-8g of Hg(Ⅱ) per 10ml of solution. The proposed method has been satisfactorily applied to the analysis of tap water. RSD′s (n=11) found at the concentration level of 5μg of Hg(Ⅱ) in 10ml of the test solution was 30%.
