基于ISFET的阿托品传感器的研究

【摘要】 报道了一种测定阿托品的新方法。将离子敏感场效应晶体管与药物敏感膜相结合,以磷钨酸为电活性物质,不必转型,制成聚氯乙烯膜传感器。对阿托品有良好的响应。传感器对阿托品的线性响应范围是2.0×10-2-8.0×10-6mol·L-1,响应灵敏度为58.0mV/pc(mol·L-1),检出限为2.0×10-6mol·L-1,适宜的pH范围为3.0-8.5。利用该传感器分析阿托品针剂含量,结果和药典方法一致。

【Abstract】 The atropine-sensor is prepared by coating on Si3N4 grid of the ISFET with a layer of the drug sensitive PVC membrane, in which dioctyl phthalate is used as plasticizer, phosphotungstic acid as electroactive substance and tetcahydrofuran as solvent. After drying at room temperature for 24h, and activizing for 12h in a solution of 1×10-3mol · L-1: of atropine the sensor is ready to be used in the determination of atropine. This new sensor shows a linear response to atropine in the range of 2. 0 × 10-2 to 8. 0 × 10-6 mol · L-1, with a slope of 58. 0mV/pc (where c is the concentration of atropine in mol × L-1) and a detection limit of 2. 0× 10-6mol ·L-1. The optimum acidity of the sample solution is in the range of pH 3. 0-8. 5. The sensor has been used in the analysis of atropine injections, with results in consistency with those obtained by method of pharmacopeia.
