气相色谱法测定鱼和肉中有机磷农药残留量

【摘要】 采用气相色谱法测定鱼和肉中有机磷农药残留量,对国标法作了部分改进,从而使可测的有机磷农药组份增加一个甲基对硫磷,且灵敏度和分辨率均有所提高,同时使国标法中未完全分离的马拉硫磷和对硫磷得到完全分离。

【Abstract】 A modification for the national standard method of GC-determination of residual organophosphorus pesticides (GB/T 5009.20-1985) is described. Main points improved are as follows: ① Complete dehydration is achieved by increasing the mass of anhydrous Na2SO4 to 25g; ② Temperature of the evaporation water bath is raised to 60℃; ③ Appropriate adjustments are made for the chromatographic conditions including the GC column, stationary liquid, carrier, temperature of the evaporizing chamber and of the column, the flow-rate of carrying gas and etc.; ④ A programmed raising of temperature is applied in the procedure. As compared with the original method, more compounds (five instead of four), more complete separations (i.e malathion and parathion can be completely separated by this improved procedure) and better accuracy and sensitivity are attained.
