活性炭吸附-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定环境样品中微量铊

【摘要】 研究了活性炭吸附 火焰原子吸收光谱法测定环境样品中微量铊。方法的加标回收率在95.2%~114.0%之间,检出限(3σ)为0.21μg·ml-1,相对标准偏差小于2.5%。运用此方法对环境样品(矿渣与污染土壤)中铊进行测定,RSD<4.2%,与ICP MS方法测定结果基本一致。

【Abstract】 FAAS method is suitable to be used for the determination of thallium in environmental samples. To avoid the interference of co-existing and interfering elements in the sample, thallium ion was preconcentrated and separated by adsorption on active carbon from a HCl (15+85) medium, and then Tl(Ⅲ) in the form of Cl- anion complex was desorbed with 0.5g·L-1 ammonium oxalate solution. Recoveries obtained were in the range of 95.2%~114.0%. The detection limit of the method was found to be 0.21μg·ml-1 (3σ) and the RSD′s to be less than 25%. In the application of the method to the analysis of slag and polluted soil samples, the results obtained were in consistency with those obtained by ICP-MS, and the RSD′s obtained were less than 4.2%.
