优质碳素结构钢板坯工艺研究
Research on Slab Continuous Casting Process for High Quality Carbon Structural Steel
【摘要】 分析 4 5钢、5 0钢板坯的生产实践 ,探讨该钢种的碳、磷、硫、氮的控制以及铸坯质量 ,夹杂物和钢板性能的关系 ,并提出相应的工艺改进措施
【Abstract】 The production practice of steel grade 45 and 50 was analyzed and the relationship between control of C,P,S and N in the liquid steel, slab quality, inclusions and plate properties dicussed and technological counter measure put forward accordingly.
