【摘要】 当前我国农村正面临一股强大的"银发浪潮",这一浪潮下的老年群体在经济收入、生活和社会角色地位上均处劣势,构成了名符其实的社会弱势群体。笔者在分析构建其社会保障必要性的基础上,建议构筑农村老年群体生活保障、医疗保障、法律援助等社会保障体系,建立科学有效的资金筹措机制;协调好其内部各保障主体的关系;制度相应的配套改革措施等等。更多还原
