【摘要】 在引进压密法复混肥生产线的技改中 ,为利用企业的闲置设备及零配件 ,采用销齿传动代替目前在回转设备上普遍使用的渐开线齿轮传动 ,用于复混肥冷却窑。对冷却窑传动所需功率 ,齿轮传动有关参数进行了计算、制作 ,经使用 ,此类传动方式可推广到干燥窑、造粒机、涂膜筒等回转设备上 ,可降低设备加工制作难度和制造费用更多还原

【Abstract】 With the idle apparatus and parts at the corp., conventional involute gear transmission on rotary equipment is replaced with pin rack transmission for the rotary cooler of compound fertilizer, and the transmission power of rotary cooler, transmission parameters are also calculatedd,through technological improvement on the introduced pressing process for compound fertilizer production. The trials show that the pin rack transmission can be extended to other rotary equipment, such as drying kiln, granulator and coating drum for lightening the processing hardness and decreasing the manufacturing cost.更多还原
