【Abstract】 The shortage of university operating fund is a general phenomenon, but newly-built colleges must promote leap-typing from hard facility to soft environment which need a large amount of fund to support , in the circumstances that the government turns investment to the key universities and colleges, it is the urgent task of the newly-bulit colleges that explore the multi-channel and multi-form finance tactics such as ensuring financial allocation by government, cooperation between bank and school, improving the level of social service and setting up the president’s responsibility system etc.更多还原
