【Abstract】 Artistic conception is a high-grade aesthetic essential of Chinese calligraphy. The excellent skills at the vigor of style in writing, the configuration and the layout of letters, which can possibly be got through a great deal of practice, are the prime factor which can change the writing technique into calligraphy art. The calligrapher is able to exhibit his innermost being freely with these skills. The innovation of artistic conception cannot be got without the benefit of the traditional heritage.
