【Abstract】 The paper holds that the region-oriented poverty-relieving strategy that has been formulated under special conditions is defective in such aspects as state-direction of its subject, vagueness of its object, over-simplification of its method and discontinuity of its effect, and therefore future objectives of the poverty-relieving work ought to be targeted to the multiplication of subject, refining of its object, standardization of its method and improvement of human resources.更多还原
