【摘要】 以内陆河绿洲经济为特色的河西地区,水资源是制约地方经济和农业生产的首要因素。本文在确立了河西可利用水资源的基础和合理分配农业、工业、生活和生态四个方面用水关系之后,根据农业分配水量确定农业产业结构调整的方案,提出河西地区农业结构应当以草畜产业基地、特色经济作物产业基地和高标准制种产业基地为主,压缩高耗水的粮食作物面积,农民收入主要以草、畜产品,名优特经济作物,制种以及相关的加工业和第三产业等为基本收入来源。实现生态、生产、生活为一体的人与自然和谐发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the fact that water resources are the sole determinant of the regional economy and production in West Gansu Province, an oasis region with inland streams only and desert around, the authors suggest that the limited water supply be reasonably allocated among agriculture, industry, living and ecology, and to be specific, grassland animal husbandry be preferred to farming, profitable high-yielding crops be preferred to ordinary crops, and tertiary industry be promoted, so as to guarantee the harmonious development of human beings and the wildlife.更多还原
