【摘要】 目的 :评价APA BCCs镇痛微胶囊对晚期癌症疼痛的镇痛效果与不良反应。方法 :选择中、重度癌痛患者 10例 ,其中男 6例、女 4例 ,平均年龄 5 8 6 7岁 ,局麻下将APA BCCs镇痛微胶囊植入患者蛛网膜下腔 ,疼痛程度评定和疗效判定均按数字分级法进行 ,同时进行生活质量评分和不良反应观察。结果 :所入选的病例疼痛评分 (NRS)治疗后 1天到 2个月较治疗前比较均有下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ;疗效持续时间为 37 2 2± 19 2 9天 ,其中完全缓解 (CR)持续时间为 35 0 0± 18 0 5 5 4天 ,部分缓解时间 (PR)为 39 0 0± 2 2 14 72天 ;生活质量评分和治疗前比较均有不同程度的提高 (P <0 0 5 ) ;APA BCCs的不良反应有轻度腰腿酸痛、发热、头痛、头晕、恶心呕吐和腹泻。结论 :APA BCCs镇痛微胶囊镇痛效果明显 ,持续时间长 ,副反应小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of APA-BCCs(Anilgcsic alginate-polylysien-alginate microencapsulation with bovine chromaffin cells)for the treatment of the chronic cancer-related pain.Methods:Ten patients(male 6,female 4) suffered from grade Ⅲ～Ⅳ continuous chronic pain administered the drug in an open-label fashion.APA-BCCs was placed into patients’ spinal subarachnoid space after local anesthesia.The severity of pain and curative effects were assessed by numeral rating scale(NRS).The quality of life changes and side effects were observed after use of APA-BCCs.Results:All the patients’ NRS after treatment from 1 day to 2 month decreased comparing with before treatment(P<0.05).It can release for 37.22±19.29 days,and the time for CR and PR was 35.00±18.0554 days and 39.00±22.1472 days,respectively.There were significant difference in the quality of life between pre- and post treatment(P<0.05).The common side effects were slight waist and crus pain,fever,dizziness,vomiting,nausea and diarrhea.Conclusion:APA-BCCs were effective and perdure in relieving cancer pain with slight side-effects and can be popularized clinically.更多还原
