【摘要】 目的 :评价奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙、5 氟脲嘧啶 (OXA CF 5 Fu)方案治疗晚期结直肠癌的疗效与安全性。方法 :奥沙利铂 (OXA) 130mg/m2 ,静脉滴注 4h ,d1;亚叶酸钙 (CF) 2 0 0mg静脉滴注 2小时 ,5 氟脲嘧啶 (5 Fu) 0 2 5 g于CF滴完后静脉推注 ,5 Fu 0 5g持续静脉滴注 6～ 8小时 ,d1～ 5 ,每 3周重复。结果 :全组 2 6例患者 ,有效率 (CR +PR)为 4 2 31% ,不良反应为恶心、呕吐和骨髓抑制 ,但多为Ⅰ～Ⅱ度 ,一过性感觉异常。结论 :奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙和 5 氟脲嘧啶治疗晚期结直肠癌疗效较高 ,不良反应轻而且安全更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effects and safety of oxaliplatin in combination with leucovorin and 5-fluorouracil regimen for patients with advanced colorectal cancer.Methods:OXA 130mg/m2 iv 4h d1,CF 200mg iv 2h followed by 5-Fu 0.25 iv plus 5-Fu 0.5 continuous infusion 6～8 hours,d1～5.Results:The overall response rate(CR+PR)was 42.31%.The main side effects were mild neuro-sensory toxicity,suppression of bone marrow,nausea and vomiting of grade Ⅰ to Ⅱ.Conclusion:OXA in combination with leucovorin and 5-fluorouracil is a high response regimen for advanced colorectal cancer with mild toxicity,which can be practiced safely.更多还原
