非小细胞肺癌中VEGF、MVD及PCNA的表达

【摘要】 目的 :探讨VEGF、MVD和PCNA在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)中的表达及其生物学行为的关系。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法 ,对病理确诊的 5 9例非小细胞肺癌组织进行VEGF、MVD和PCNA表达的检测。结果 :5 9例非小细胞肺癌的VEGF阳性表达率 6 4 4 % (38/5 9) ,其表达与NSCLC的组织分化程度、生存期有相关性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,与组织学类型、有无淋巴结转移、临床病理分期无关。PCNA阳性表达率 6 1 0 % (36 /5 9) ,表达与肿瘤组织类型、TNM分期、有无淋巴结转移无关 ,与组织分化程度及生存期有关 (P <0 0 5 )。 5 9例NSCLC的MVD值为 3~ 2 0 (M =9) ,与生存期有关 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :VEGF、MVD和PC NA可以作为评价非小细胞肺癌预后的重要指标。

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF),microvessl density (MVD) and Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen (PCNA) in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) and inv estigate its relationship to histopathological features.Methods:The expression of VEGF and PCNA was evaluated in 59 specimens of NSCLC by immunohistochemistry,a monoclonal antibody directed against CD34 to identify MVD.Results:the positive rate of VEGF was 64.4%(38/59).The expression of VEGF was related to pathological grade and survival time.The difference was significant among the groups (P<0.05).The expression of VEGF have no significant relationship with some pathological characteristics such as histological types,TNM classification and lymph nodes metastasis.The positive rate of PCNA was 61.0%(36/59).The expression of PCNA was related to pathological grade and survival time.The difference was significant (P<0.05).MVD varied from 3 to 20(M=9).Conclusion:VEGF,MVD and PCNA may be used as a hopeful marker for predicting the metastasis potential of non-small cell lung cancer and t he prognosis of these patients.
