【摘要】 目的 :观察白细胞介素Ⅱ联合顺铂 (PDD)治疗恶性胸腔积液的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法 :5 4例恶性胸腔积液患者 ,先采用美国Arrow公司生产的一次性单腔中心静脉导管 ,进行胸腔穿刺置管和闭式引流胸水 ,再给予胸腔内注药 ,其中A组 (n =32 )白细胞介素Ⅱ加顺铂 ,B组 (n =2 2 )白细胞介素Ⅱ。白细胞介素Ⅱ每次注入 2 0 0～ 30 0万U ,顺铂每次注入 80mg～ 10 0mg ,每周注射 1次 ,连续注射 3周 ,一个月后观察两组的疗效及不良反应。结果 :白细胞介素Ⅱ加顺铂对恶性胸腔积液的有效率为 87 5 % (2 8/ 32 ) ,优于白细胞介素Ⅱ单药组。结论 :胸腔闭式引流后注入白细胞介素Ⅱ加顺铂 ,治疗恶性胸腔积液 ,疗效肯定。是控制恶性胸腔积液的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the response an d adverse reactions of IL-2 and PDD in the treatment of malignant pleural effusio n.Methods:54 patients with malignant pleural effusion were applied with single lumen central venous catheters made by Arrow Company. All pa tients were received the closed thoracic drainage and divided into two groups.T he patients in group A(n=32) were treated by intracavity injection of IL-2 and PDD,and those in group B(n=22) were treated by intracavity injection of IL-2.IL -2 at a dose of 2-3×10 6u every time was injected intrapleurally and that of PDD was 80mg-100mg every time.The above dosage was given one time/week for 3 wee ks.The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were observed after one month.Results:Overall objective response rate(complete+partial remission) of 87.5%(28/32) in the group A was higher than that of 68.2% in the group B,but there was no significant difference(P=0.098).Conclusion:After draining completely the pleural fluid,th e intracavity injection of IL-2 and PDD is more effective for the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.更多还原
