【摘要】 目的 :评价长春瑞滨 (NVB)联合草酸铂 (L OHP)方案进行时辰化疗对晚期肺癌的治疗效果及其毒性反应。方法 :2 0 0 1年 5月至 2 0 0 2年 10月 ,对晚期肺癌 32例 (腺癌 18例 ,鳞癌 12例及小细胞肺癌 2例 )以NVB +L OHP时辰给药。至少两个周期评价疗效。结果 :32例总有效率 (CR +PR)为 4 6 9% ,肺腺癌有效率为 5 0 % ,鳞癌有效率为 33 3% ,小细胞肺癌有效率为 10 0 %。主要毒性反应为骨髓抑制和周围神经炎。结论 :长春瑞滨与草酸铂联合方案进行时辰化疗对晚期肺癌有较好的治疗效果 ,毒性反应可以耐受更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of Time-chemotherapy with Navelbine (NVB)+Oxaliplatin (L-OHP) regimen in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods:From May 2001 to October 2002, 32 patients of advanced lung cancer were enrolled in this study. Of them, 18 cases in adenocarcinoma; 12 cases in squamous cell carcinoma; 2 cases in SCLC. Give NVB+L-OHP on time. Every case was treated at least 2 cycles.Results:In 32 cases: The response rate (CR+PR) was 46 9%; 50% in adenocarcinoma, 33 3% in squamous cell carcinoma, and 100% in SCLC, respectively. The main toxicity was myelosuppression and peripheral neuritis.Conclusion:There was fairly efficacy and acceptable toxicity of Time-chemotherapy with NVB+L-OHP regimen in patients with advanced lung cancer.更多还原
