【摘要】 目的　比较白内障手术前后 FVEP与 PVEP的变化及探讨其在预测术后视力中的意义。方法　 5 8例 (5 8只眼 )白内障患者手术前检查 FVEP与 PVEP,术后 3～ 5天检查患者的最佳矫正视力 ,复查 FVEP与PVEP。用卡方检验分析 FVEP、PVEP手术前后的差异情况。结果　手术前 FVEP正常者占 82 .8% ,术后正常者占74 .1% ,两者无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;而术前 PVEP正常者占 2 2 .4 % ,术后占 6 7.1% ,两者有显著差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。白内障术后视力脱残者 (≥ 0 .3)为 4 6例 (79.3% )。结论　与 PVEP相比 ,FVEP在白内障手术前后较稳定 ,与术后视力恢复较一致 ,对评价白内障术后视力恢复潜力更有临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the values of PVEP and FVEP pre-and post-operation. Methods Examine FVEP and PVEP pre-operation in 58 patients(58 eyes).Examine FVEP and PVEP、the BCVA in 3～5 days post-operation. The result were analysed with chi-squre test. Results The cases with normal FVEP values were 48 (82.8%)and 43(74.1%) pre-and post-operation respectively. The difference is not significent stastically(P>0.05).There are 13(22.4%) cases and 39(67.2%) cases whose PVEP are in normal area pre- and post-operation respectively. The difference is significent stastically(P<0.001).Conclusion By comparision,FVEP is better for forecasting post operative visual acuity of cataract’s eyes.更多还原
