【摘要】 目的　观察羊膜移植联合角膜缘干细胞移植在严重眼表烧伤中的疗效。方法　 1 6例严重眼表烧伤病例采用羊膜移植联合角膜缘干细胞移植进行治疗。结果　所有患者均保存了眼球 ,无明显睑球粘连 ,未发生急性排异反应 ,视力有不同程度的提高。结论　羊膜移植联合角膜缘干细胞移植是治疗严重眼表烧伤一种较为理想的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To observe the therapeutic effect of amniotic membrane transplantation with corneal limbic transplantation for severe burn of the ocular surface. Methods Amniotic membranes and corneal limbus were transplanted into 16 patients with severe burn of the ocular surface, and the effects were observed in detail. Results All eyeballs were rescued and not obvious symblepharon. No acute graft rejection was happened. The visions were improved.Conclusions Amniotic membrane transplantation with corneal limbic transplantation is a satisfactory method for severe burn of the ocular surface.更多还原
