羊膜在兔眼肌损伤修复中应用的实验研究

【摘要】 目的 初步探讨羊膜在兔眼肌损伤修复中的作用。方法 取 8只实验用家兔 (16例标本 ) ,将保存的羊膜移植到离断的眼肌上 ,分别观察实验后 1周和 3月离断眼肌的大体愈合情况和病理检查情况。结果 所有羊膜瓣均成活 ,未见溶解。实验后 1周 ,实验组和对照组均未见明显粘连。实验后 3月 ,对照组有 2例标本粘连 ,实验组未见粘连。病理检查 ,实验后 1周 ,炎性细胞浸润实验组和对照组未见明显差别 ,实验后 3月 ,实验组炎性细胞浸润明显少于对照组。结论 羊膜移植在眼肌损伤修复的早期未见明显的抗炎作用 ,在损伤修复的慢性期可以观察到羊膜有明显的抗炎作用 ,进而有抗粘连和抗疤痕化作用

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the functions of the amniotic membrane in reparation of ocular muscle damage. Method Amniotic membrane transplantation was performed on 8 rabbits’ rectus muscles (16 samples) after they were severed and sewn afterwards. Pathological examinations were observed in 1 week and 3 months respectively. Results All transplanted amniotic membrane hadn’t been melted progressively .Tissue cohesion were not observed in experimental group and control group respectively in 1 week . In 3 months , tissue cohesion was observed in 2 samples in control group, no tissue cohesion was observed in experimental group. Inflammatory cells infiltration has difference between the experimental group and control group in 1 week and it is much less in experimental group than in control group in 3 months .Conclusions Amniotic membrane transplantation has not the function of anti-inflammation in the early phase of muscle reparation . Amniotic membrane transplantation has the function of anti-inflammation and it can play an important role of anti-tissue-cohesion and anti-scarring in the chronic phase of muscle reparation.
