【摘要】 目的　探讨玻璃体视网膜手术后继发性青光眼的发病机理及其处理方法。方法　对 71例玻璃体视网膜手术后继发性青光眼患者进行房角镜、超声生物显微镜 (ultrasound biom icroscopy,U BM)等检查 ,确定青光眼类型 ,并分别对其进行药物或手术治疗。结果　所有患眼眼压均降至 2 .79k Pa以下 ,视力获得了不同程度的提高。结论　继发性青光眼是玻璃体视网膜手术后比较常见的并发症 ,其眼压控制需进行药物、手术等综合治疗更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the mechanism and treatment of secondary glaucoma after vitreoretinal surgery.Methods Seventy-one patients with secondary glaucoma after vitreoretinal surgery were performed gonioscope,ultrasound biomicroscopy and ect.Then which type of glaucoma were definated and all the eyes were treated by medicine or surgery.Results Intraocular pressures of all the patients were controlled less than 2.79 kPa.their visual acuities increased in some degree.Conclusion Secondary glauocma is a common complication after vitreoretinal surgery.The control of IOP requires comprehensive treatment including medicine and surgery.更多还原
