【摘要】 目的　评估角膜缘上皮移植治疗眼表疾病的疗效。方法　对 5 9例患者 (眼部化学伤 9例、热烧伤 2例、初发翼状胬肉 36例、复发翼状胬肉 12例 )采用自体角膜缘上皮移植进行治疗 ,并对其疗效进行评估。结果　 11例烧伤 (化学伤和热烧伤 )中 9例一次手术成功 ,另 2例二次手术后治愈。所有翼状胬肉患者术后 2周角膜表面光滑透明。术后随访 3～ 12个月。结论　自体角膜缘上皮移植治疗眼表疾病是一种方便、安全和有效的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of ocular surface disease treated by limbal transplantation.Methods Limbal epithelial autograft transplantation was performed on 59 cases with chemical injuries of the eye (9 cases),hear burns (2 cases) and pterygium (36 cases) or its recurrent lesion (12 cases).The effects of the operation were evaluated.Results 9 of 11 burns cases (chemical and heat injury) were cured after first operation,2 cases of them were cured after second operation.There were stable epithelial healing,recovery of corneal transparency in all of pterygium and its recurrent lesion two weeks after operatin.The postoperative follow-up periods ranged from 3～12 months.Conclusion The method of limbal epithelial autograft transplantation for ocular surface disease is convenient,safe and effectual.更多还原
