【摘要】 目的 :探讨肺曲菌病的影像学表现。方法 :对 11例经病理及临床证实为肺曲菌病的影像学、临床及手术病理资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :肺曲菌病的X线及CT主要征象包括渗出性病变 (7/11)、薄壁空洞形成 (7/11)可伴“球中球”征象 (3/11)、多发结节 (5 /11)、肿块样浸润灶伴“晕轮征”(2 /11)。结论 :肺曲菌病的影像学表现多种多样 ,但认识其在不同时期具有某些特点的征象 ,有利于临床早期正确诊断并进行治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the image features of pulmonary aspergillosis. Methods: 11 cases verified by clinical therapy, surgery and pathology were collected, at the same time, their image, clinical and pathological features were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The image features of pulmonary aspergillosis include consolidation(7/11),thin-wall cavity(7/11)accompanying ball in ball sign(3/11), multinodules(5/11), mass-like infiltrating and halo sign(2/11). Conclusion:There were multiple findings in pulmonary aspergillosis image, and some special appearances in different phases were valuable to earlier diagnosis and therapy.更多还原
