【摘要】 目的 :探讨泌尿外科手术及操作致输尿管损伤的预防和治疗。方法 :分析 17例泌尿外科手术及操作致输尿管损伤的原因 ,总结其治疗方法。开放手术修补损伤 8例 ,黏膜脱垂剥脱 3例 ,复位后置双J管引流 ,单纯置双J管引流 2例 ,4例碎石后再置双J管引流。结果 :13例患者输尿管连续性、完整性恢复良好 ,4例患者肾轻度积水 ,其中 3例肾功能正常。结论 :泌尿外科手术及操作致输尿管损伤应重在预防 ,争取早发现 ,及时处理 ,预后良好更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To research the prevention and treatment of ureteral injuries in the operation of urinary surgery. Methods: To analyse the cause of 17 cases of ureteral injury, and summarize its treatment method. 8 cases were repaired in open operation, and three injuryed ureter were placed D-J tubes to drain after having replaced, and two cases were single placed D-J tube to drain, and other four cases were placed D-J tube to drain after lithoclasty. Results: The ureteral continuity and integrity were restored very well in 13 cases and suffering kidneys were lightly dropsical in four cases, of which three cases’kidney functions were normal. Conclusion:The emphasis of ureteral injury in the operation of urinary surgery is prevention, and try best to discovery and treat early. In so doing,the result is good.更多还原
