【摘要】 目的 :探讨冰水对重症中暑患者治疗的临床效果。方法 :总结近 4年收治的 6例重症中暑患者经冰水灌注的临床治疗经验 ,结合国内外文献 ,对重症中暑的治疗方案进行分析、研究评价。结果 :证实冰水灌注既是一种简便的降温方法 ,又是有效治疗重症中暑的治疗手段。结论 :在抢救重症中暑时 ,在冰水应用的基础上 ,给予传统的治疗 ,同时纠正休克并利尿及补充凝血因子对改善重症中暑患者的预后至关重要更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of ice water perfusion in treating severe heat stroke patients.Methods:6 cases of severe heat stroke patients with their clinical data especially the clinical therapeutic experience with ice water perfusion were retrospectively evaluated together with compassion of those published on the domestic and oversea literature. Results: All 6 cases were successfully recued through this simple effective procedure of ice water perfusion, together with traditional treatment simultaneously by correcting shock, applying diuretics and replenishing coagulase. Conclusion:Ice water perfusion is a simple, safe and reliable method for treating severe heat stroke patients, worthy to be recommended.更多还原
