【摘要】 目的 :探讨创伤性膀胱破裂的诊断与治疗。方法 :收集本院 1990～ 2 0 0 2年间创伤性膀胱患者 17例 ,对损伤原因、损伤类型、诊断和治疗方法及结果进行回顾分析。结果 :17例患者中腹膜内型 5例 ,腹膜外型 9例 ,混合型 3例 ;膀胱灌注试验阳性率 80 % ;膀胱造影阳性率 87.5 % ;14例行膀胱修补术 ,13例一期痊愈出院 ;2例患者单纯留置导尿痊愈 ;6例后尿道损伤患者同时行尿道会师手术 ;死亡 1例。结论 :创伤性膀胱破裂是一种非常见的损伤类型 ,往往伴有其它脏器的合并伤 ,应早期诊断 ,及时处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the diagnosis and therapy of traumatic rupture of bladder. Methods: From 1990 to 2002, a total of 17 cases of bladder injury were retrospectively reviewed. The causes of trauma, types of bladder injury, diagnosis, methods of treatment, and patient outcome, were analyzed. Results: There were 9 cases with retroperitoneal rupture,5 cases with intraperitoneal ruptures and 3 cases with mixed rupture in 17 cases. The positive rate of intravesical perfusion was 80%(8/10). A retrograde cystogram was performed in 8 patients, with an accuracy rate of 87.5% (7/8). Operative repair was performed in 14 cases. 2 cases were treated by indwelling catheter and 6 cases were treated by urethra reunion operation because of urethra disruption. 1 case died because of shock and serious combined injury.were treated surgically. Conclusion:Bladder injurie is not the most common urological injuries involving the lower urinary tract. It is usually associated with other major injuries, and should be managed as part of multiple trauma.更多还原
