【摘要】 目的 :分析并评价13 1I治疗的 5 0 4例不同年龄组Graves病患者的疗效及甲减发生情况。方法 :将 5 0 4例13 1I治疗的Graves病患者按年龄分为A组 (≤ 18岁 )、B组 ( 19～ 2 5岁 )、C组 ( 2 6～ 39岁 )、D组 ( 4 0～ 5 9岁 )和E组 ( 6 0～ 74岁 ) ,服13 1I量的计算方法和计算公式相同 ;确定治愈、未治愈及发生甲减标准 ,治疗后每 3～ 6个月随访 1次。结果 :治愈率A、B、C、D四组相近 ( 90 .3～ 94 .1% ) ,E组略低 ( 78.4 % ) ;甲减发生率A、B组最高 ,E组最低。结论 :老年人组Graves病患者13 1I治疗治愈率略低 ,但甲减发生率明显低于其他年龄组 ,青少年组甲减发生率虽高 ,但也是可以接受的 ;对于少年儿童Graves病患者 ,13 1I治疗不属于绝对禁忌更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyse and assess the therapeutic effect and the probability of hypothyroidism of 504 Graves’ Disease(GD) Cases in 5 age groups treated with 131 I.Methods:According to age, 504 G.D patients were divided into 5 groups: A group (≤18 years old ) . B group (19～25 years old ). C group (26～39 years old ). D group (40～59 years old ) and E group (60～74 years old ); they were followed up once every 3～6 months; the cured. unchanged and hypothyroidism standards were determined.Results: The cured rate was proximate in A. B. C. D groups (90.3～94.1%), a bit low in E group (78.4%); the hypothyroidist rates were highest in A. B group, lowest in E group.Conclusion: The cured rate in geriatric group of G.D patients treated with 131 I is slightly low, but hypothyroidist rate is obviously lower than other groups; although the hypothyroidist rate in adolescent group of G.D patients treated with 131 I is high, it’s receivable; 131 I treatment shouldn’t be absolutely prohibited in juvenile G.D patients.更多还原
