【摘要】 目的 :探讨腹腔镜外科手术的方法与疗效方法 :对 186例临床资料进行回顾性分析　结果 :成功施行腹腔镜胆囊切除术 (LC) 15 9例 ,脾切除 (LS) 2例 ,LS +LC 1例 ,肝囊肿开窗引流术 1例 ,肝囊肿开窗引流术 +LC 1例 ,辅助胃大部切除 11例 ,可调控式胃束带术 (LAGB) 5例 ,甲状腺肿瘤 4例 ,阑尾切除术 2例。本组 2次手术 3例 ,胆漏 1例 ,无一例中转开腹 ,无严重并发症发生。结论 :腹腔镜手术安全、有效 ,具有创伤小 ,术后恢复快等优点 ,是普通外科手术的发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical value of laparoscopy in abdominal diseases.Methods:The clinical data about laparoscopic surgery in 186 patients were reviewed. Results: 159 cases of LC, 2 cases of LS, 1 case of LS and LC, 1 case of liver cyst and 1 case of liver cyst and LC. 11 cases of partial gastrectomy, 5cases of LAGB, 4 cases of tumor of thyroid and 2 cases of appendectomy were performed by laparoscopy successfully. None transferred to open laparotomy, 3 cases had second surgery, and 1case had bile leak. But none of serious complication was occurred. Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery had many excellences including safe, availability, small trauma and fast recovery, and was major development direction in general surgery.更多还原
