【摘要】 目的　探讨 2型糖尿病 (diabetesmellitus ,type2 ,T2 DM)视网膜病变患者血浆内皮素 (endothelin 1,ET 1)及 β2 微球蛋白 (β2 microglobulin ,β2 MG)含量测定的临床价值。方法　用放射免疫分析法测定 92例T2 DM患者 (其中有视网膜病变DR 4 9例 ,无视网膜病变DM 4 3例 )及 38例健康对照组ET 1及 β2 MG含量。结果　T2DM视网膜病变患者的血浆ET 1及 β2 MG含量均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,DR组与DM组比较差异也有极显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　ET 1及 β2 MG联检对T2 DM视网膜病变的早期诊断和病情分析有重要临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study its clinical value of endothelin-1 and β 2-microglobulin in patients with type 2 diabetic retinopathy.Methods The levels of endothelin-1 and β 2-microglobulin measured by RIA in 92 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus (49 cases with retinopathy,43 cases without retinopathy) and in 38 controls.Results The levels of endothelin-1 and β 2-microglobulin in patients with type 2 diabetic retinopathy were significantly higher than those in controls (P<0.01).The levels of plasma endothelin-1 and serum β 2-microglobulin in type2 diabetes mellitus patients with retinopathy increased significantly in comparison with type2 diabetes mellitus patients without retinopathy(P<0.01).Conclusion The measurements of endothelin-1 and β 2-microglobulin have important clinical value in the early diagnosis and analysis of type2 diabetes mellitus patients with retinopathy.更多还原
