【摘要】 目的　探讨肺炎性假瘤的影像学表现及其特征。方法　回顾性分析 17例经手术病理证实的肺炎性假瘤影像学表现 ,讨论与肺癌、结核瘤的鉴别诊断。结果　假瘤好发于肺叶 ,单发 ,多数肿块包膜完整 ,密度不均匀 ,不强化或仅周边强化。但假瘤边缘情况多样 ,可有分叶、短毛刺、桃尖征等。结论　肺炎性假瘤病变复杂 ,需综合临床表现 ,全面分析其影像学特征 ,以提高本病的诊断准确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the imaging signs and its characteristics of inflammatory pseudotumor of lungs.Methods The imaging characteristics of inflammatory pseudotumor of lungs in 11 cases were retrospectively analyzed,and the diagnoses of lung cancer,tuberculoma and inflammatory pseudotumor of lungs were discussed here.Results The pseudotumors were mainly found to have occurred in the lobes of lungs,to be solitary,to have complete capsule and heterogeneous density without forcement or only with peripheral forcement.The pseudotumors showed multiple characteristics,having the signs of lobulation,spicule and peach tip.Conclusion Accurate diagnoses can be made according to the clinical symptoms and the image characteristics.更多还原
