【摘要】 目的　评价健康教育在糖尿病 (DM)治疗中的作用。方法　对 15 0例住院患者采取集中讲座和个体指导等多种方式进行DM基础知识教育 ,教育前、后通过问卷调查评估患者对DM的认知情况 ,并根据多个指标的控制 ,判断糖尿病教育对治疗效果的影响。结果　入院时患者对所有问题的肯定回答率均在 2 0 %以下 ,其血糖、血脂和血压均为控制不良状态 ;出院时肯定回答率均达 86 %以上 ,较入院时显著提高 (P <0 .0 1) ;除高密度脂蛋白外 ,其他各项指标均较入院时显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,达良好控制水平。结论　糖尿病教育是治疗DM的一项非常重要的措施 ,可以提高患者对DM的认知程度 ,对病情的良好控制、提高患者的生活质量具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of health education on the treatment of diabetes.Methods Lectures and individual instructions were given to 150 cases of diabetes.The effects of health education on the treatment group were evaluated according to the different research findings got through questionnatires distributed before and after the health education program.Results The positive answers accounted for less than 20% of the whole according to the questionnaire,and the blood glucose,plasma lipoprotein and blood pressure were under poor control.The positive answers reached 86% of the whole when the patients were discharged from hopital (P<0.01).All indexes except the high-density lipoprotein were well controlled(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education plays an important role in treating diabetes.It can help to increase the awareness of the patients,to control it effectively and to promote the quality of life of patients.更多还原
