【摘要】 目的　探讨沟槽固位技术治疗楔状缺损的临床效果。方法　裂钻去除楔状缺损部位锋利边缘及部分无机釉 ,倒锥钻或球形钻于缺损面牙本质外侧制备数个水平沟槽 ,常规酸蚀、复合树脂修复。结果　治疗组 14 2颗牙齿 3年保存率 90 .14 % ,对照组 10 6颗牙齿 3年保存率 75 .4 7%。两者经统计学分析其疗效具有显著性差异(χ2 =1.78P <0 .0 1)。结论　沟槽固位技术治疗楔状缺损 ,操作简单、疗效确切 ,值得临床推广应用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effects of groove fixation in treating wedge-shaped defects.Methods Fissure bur was used to remove the sharp margins and a portion of inorganic enamel in the wedge-shaped defects,inverted cone bur or spherical bur was used to prepare a few horizontal grooves in the lateral portion of dentin,the routin acid erosion was applied and the repairs was made with compound resin.Results The survival rates of 142 teeth in 3 years was 90.14% in the treatment group,while the survival rate of 106 teeth in years in the contrast group was 75.4%.There existed significant differences between the two groups according to statistical analysis(χ~2=1.87,P<0.01).Conclusion Groove fixation deserves to be widely used to treat wedge-shaped defects for its simple operation and good curative effects.更多还原
