【摘要】 目的　 探讨关节囊闭合减压空心螺丝钉固定治疗少儿股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法　 患者入院后行关节囊减压 ,1周内行负压吸引。同时对Ⅰ型及Ⅱ型骨折行屈曲外展位皮肤牵引 1周 ,Ⅲ型及Ⅳ型骨折行股骨髁上屈曲外展位骨牵引 ,直至复位满意。然后用 3枚空心加压螺丝钉固定。结果　12例优 (75 .0 % ) ,4例良 (2 5 .0 % )。优良率为 10 0 %。 16例患者随访 2～ 6年 (平均 4 .8年 ) ,均愈合良好 ,平均愈合时间 16 .5周 ,无 1例发生股骨头坏死。结论　 此治疗方法操作简单、安全、愈合率高 ,是治疗少儿股骨颈骨折理想的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the treatment of femoral neck fracture in children with decompression of articular capsule and compression screw fixation.Methods After hospitalization,capsul articular pressure were depressed.And all patientas were treated by compression screw fixation.Results According to 2～6 years follow-up survey,all fractures healed up well.The average fracture healing time is 16.5 weeks.All joint movement and functions were excellent.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable and effective,so the method can be usedeffectively to treat femoral neck fracture in children.更多还原
