【摘要】 目的　 探讨超声引导胶原酶治疗外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及安全性。方法　 在相应椎间盘突出的棘突间 ,旁开 1.5～ 2 .5cm处经皮穿刺 ,采用超声引导定位 ,穿刺成功后 ,先进行加压试验 ,再进行麻醉试验 ,无腰麻征象后 ,将胶原酶注入到突出的椎间盘内或周围。结果　2 31例病人出院时的优良率为 92 .2 1% ,有效率为 99.5 7% ;随访 1～ 5年的优良率为 92 .6 5 % ,有效率为99.5 8%。近期与远期疗效比较无显著性差异 (χ2 =0 .12 9,P >0 .0 5 )。 结论　 利用超声引导监测、定位 ,注射胶原酶治疗外侧型腰椎间盘突出症 ,安全性强、有效率高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effects and safety of using collagen enzyme to treat prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods Percutaneous puncture was performed 1.5～2.5 cm away from the disc between the spinal projections located according to the results of ultrasonic.Pressor test was made after the successful puncture and anesthesia were performed afterwards.When no lumbar anesthetic symptoms were found,collagen enzyme was infused into intervertebral disc or around it.Results Of the 231 cases,the rates of remarkable improvement and total effects were 92.21% and 99.57% respectively.The follow-up surveys revealed that the rates of remarkable improvement and total effects were 92.65% and 99.58% respectively.There existed no significant difference between the short-term and long-term therapeutic effects (χ 2=0.129,P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of lateral prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc with the injection of collagen by means of ultrasonic guide and location has proved to be quite safe and to have high therapeutic effects,and therefore,deserves to be widely used.更多还原
