【摘要】 目的 :了解城市中营养性巨幼细胞性贫血的常见病因。方法 :通过回顾性分析病史及有关辅助检查结果 ,了解本院收治的 5 0例营养性巨幼细胞性贫血患者的发病原因。结果 :17例患者因患胃肠病等器质性疾病而发病 ,部分病例有多种病因同时作用 ;2 9例患者因单纯的膳食习惯异常发病 ;4例患者未发现明确病因。引起膳食习惯异常的原因有口腔疾患 ,以及各种生物、社会精神因素引起的不良生活方式。结论 :除各种疾病外 ,不良生活方式引起的膳食习惯异常也是现代城市中营养性巨幼细胞性贫血的常见病因 ,应引起临床及公共卫生专家重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the common causes of nutritional megaloblastic anemia in urban population.Methods:Retrospective study was undertaken to analyze the causes from Shanghai inhabitants with nutritional megaloblastic anemia.Results:Seventeen cases suffered from organic diseases/pathological status such as gastrointestinal tract diseases and gastrectomy, some with overlapping of above causes. Another twenty-nine cases were found to have abnormal dietary habit. Definite causes were not explored in the other 4 cases.The reasons leading to abnormal dietary habits included oral lesion,and bad life style induced by certain biological/social-mental factors.Conclusions:Both abnormal dietary habits induced by bad life style and certain organic diseases/pathological status were common causes of nutritional megaloblastic anemia , it should be taken seriously by clinicians and hygienists.更多还原
