NHL血清LDH及β2-微球蛋白测定的临床意义

【摘要】 目的 :探讨非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (NHL)患者血清乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)和 β2 微球蛋白 (β2 MG)测定的临床意义。方法 :分别采用速率法和放免法测定 6 9例NHL患者血清LDH和 β2 MG值。结果 :正常组与NHL组 ,Ⅰ~Ⅱ与Ⅲ~Ⅳ期 ,无全身症状组 (A组 )与有全身症状组 (B组 ) ,无骨髓浸润组与有骨髓浸润组以及化疗后与化疗前 (CR组或PR组 )患者的LDH值和 β2 MG值相比 ,后组均明显高于前组 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而无效组化疗前后差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :血清LDH和 β2 MG水平可作为NHL患者分期、有否骨髓浸润、预后及疗效判断的辅助指标。

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical significance of the serum lactic dehydrogenate (LDH) and β 2-Microglobulin (β 2-MG) measuring in Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma(NHL) patients.Method:The LDH and β 2-MG are collected from 69 NHL patients and measured by rate method and radioimmunoassay respectively.Result:All samples are classified into phase Ⅰ~Ⅱ or phase Ⅲ~Ⅳ, group A or group B, without or with NHL cells in bone marrow and chemotherapy complete remission or chemotherapy partial remission (CR or PR) accordingly for comparison purpose. It is found that the value of LDH and β 2-MG for all patients in the later category of the comparison pair mentioned above are obviously higher than that in their comparison counterpart and the difference is of significance (P< 0.05), while the difference for chemotherapy ineffective group before and after chemotherapy seems of less significance (P< 0.05).Conclusion:The level of LDH and β 2-MG can be taken as an auxiliary clinical index to classify the phase, existence of NHL cells in bone marrow, prognosis and effectiveness of treatment in NHL patients.
