【摘要】 目的探讨先天性胆管扩张症并发症的预防和处理,提高治愈率。方法回顾性分析22例小儿胆管扩张症严重并发症的原因及防治措施,包括术前并发症11例,术中并发症4例,术后并发症7例。结果手术18例,其他治疗4例。7例治愈,10例好转,待再做根治术,5例死亡。结论早期诊断、及时恰当的治疗,是防范胆管扩张症并发症和手术成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To reduce the complication of congenital biliary diliation(CBD),and improve the cure rate of CBD. Methods Twenty-two cases of severe complications with CBD were reviewed for the cause,prevention and treatment. Among them,11 CBD cases had occur the preoperatively,4 cases were intraopeatively occurred and 7 cases in the postoperatively. Results Eighteen patients were treated with operation,Four patients with other method.Of 22 cases,7 were cured,improved 10 cases have to be eradical operation and 5 died. Conclusions Early diagnosis and timely management are the key to prevent various complications of CBD.更多还原
