血清E-选择素和白细胞CD11b/CD18在冠心病中的意义

【摘要】 目的 :探讨血清E 选择素水平、中性粒细胞和单核细胞膜CD11b/CD18的表达在冠心病 (CHD)中的意义。方法 :选择 2 4例稳定型心绞痛 (SAP组 )患者、2 4例不稳定型心绞痛 (UAP组 )患者和 2 2例急性心肌梗死 (AMI组 )患者 ,30例冠状动脉造影阴性作对照组。Gensini积分法评价冠状动脉病变程度有统计学将CHD分为两个亚组 :A组 (1~ 2 0分 ) ,B组 (>2 0分 )。酶联免疫吸附法检测E 选择素 ;流式细胞仪检测CD11b/CD18的表达。结果 :CHD各组血清E 选择素水平、中性粒细胞和单核细胞膜CD11b/CD18的表达均显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ;CHD各组间差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;B组上述参数显著高于A组 (分别P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :E 选择素和CD11b/CD18可能参与了CHD的发病过程 ,且与冠状动脉粥样硬化程度有关

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the serum levels of soluble E-selectin and expression of CD11b/CD18 on neutrophils and monocytes in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods: One hundred subjects were inclued in this study, 24 patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP),24 patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP),22 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) and 30 subjects with coronary angiography negative as controls. The Gensini scoring system was used to determine the severity of coronary lesions, CHD group was devided into 2 groups by the Gensini scoring:A group (Gensini score 1~20), B group (Gensini score >20). We measure the serum level of soluble E-selectin by means of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and the expression of CD11b/CD18 on neutrophils and monocytes by flow cytometry. Results: The serum levels of soluble E-selectin and expression of CD11b/CD18 on neutrophils and monocytes in each group of CHD were significantly higher than those in controls(P< 0.01). There was a significant difference in different groups of CHD (P< 0.05). The serum levels of soluble E-selectin and expression of CD11b/CD18 on neutrophils and monocytes in the B group were significantly higher than those in the A group (P< 0.05, P< 0.01, P< 0.05, respectively). Conclusion: E-selectin and CD11b/CD18 may be involved in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease, and they are related with severity of coronary atherosclerosis.
