【摘要】 目的探讨单硝酸异山梨酯 (鲁南欣康 )注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)的临床效果。方法采用双盲的方法 ,随机分为对照组 10 0例 ,治疗组 160例。对照组COPD使用抗感染、解痉、化痰、强心、利尿等常规治疗 ;治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用单硝酸异山梨酯注射液 ,观察 2组血气分析 ,即动脉血PaO2 增加、PaCO2 减少、SaO2 增加的情况。结果治疗组动脉血PaO2 增加、PaCO2 减少、SaO2 增加情况均明显优于对照组 ,其疗效比较有非常显著的差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论单硝酸异山梨酯注射液对治疗COPD ,有效改善肺功能有重要的作用 ,并影响整体病情的预后 ,且不良反应小 ,价格便宜 ,值得临床应用观察更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of Isosorbide Monoittrate Injectio in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods Random allocation was applied in this study to have 100 patients with COPD in the control group and 160 in the study group.For the controls,the rouine treatment was given,including anti-infectives,antispasmodics,expectorants,cardiotonics and diuresis;for the study group,on the top of the routine treatment,Isosorbide Monoittrate Injectio was administrated.Then blood gas analysis was perofrmed in the two groups to compare the alternations in arterial blood PaO 2,PaCO 2 and SaO 2. Results Increase in arterial blood PaO 2 and SaO 2,and an decrease in PaCO 2 were observed in the study group.There was a significant difference in the all three parameters between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusions Isosorbide Mononittrate Injectio could effectively improve pulmonary function and relieve symptoms.Moreover,it also could influence its prognosis.It had minor side effect and was quit cheap so it was worth further promoting in clinical practice.更多还原
