【摘要】 目的探讨骨髓活检组织印片在全血细胞减少诊断中的应用价值。方法分析 5 6例全血细胞减少患者的骨髓活检组织印片、骨髓活检组织切片和骨髓穿刺涂片的诊断结果。结果骨髓活检组织印片及切片的诊断符合率高于骨髓穿刺涂片 ,尤其在诊断原发性骨髓纤维化 (骨纤 )、再生障碍性贫血 (再障 )、骨髓转移癌时 ,其符合率明显高于骨髓穿刺涂片检查 .骨髓活检组织印片及切片两者之间的诊断符合率无明显差异 ,但骨髓活检组织印片观察细胞细微结构较切片好 ,且操作简单、确诊及时。结论骨髓活检组织印片检查对全血细胞减少的诊断有较重要的价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To investigate the role of biopsy bone marrow imprint in diagnosis of paneytopenia.Methods Fifty six cases of diagnosed paneytopenia were selected. Their biopsy bone marrow imprint, biopsy marrow sections and marrow smear were analysed and compared with one another.Results It was showed that the diagnostic accuracy of bone marrow imprint and section were both significantly higher than that of bone marrow smear, especially in the patients with myelofibrosis, aplastic anemia and metastatic carcinoma. There was no significant difference between bone marrow imprint and biopsy section. However, bone marrow imprint offered a better cellular structure compared with biopsy section. It was also simpler and more convenient.Conclusions Bone marrow imprint was valuable to diagnosis of paneytopenia.更多还原
