【摘要】 目的　探讨阑尾切除术后并发肠瘘的原因及防治措施。方法　综合我院 1983～2 0 0 0年收治的 10 3 6例阑尾切除术后临床资料 ,进行回顾性分析。结果　并发肠瘘 3 2例 ,发生率3 .0 8%。结论　肠瘘发生率与阑尾切除术后残端处理、引流。盲肠壁损伤 ,盲肠本身病变 (结核、肿瘤 )有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the camse and preventive rneasure of the simultaneous intestmal fistula after appendectomy.Method The clinical data of 1036 patients,who were operated appendectonry in our hospital from 1983 to 2000,were restrospectivehy analyzed.Result In these cases 32 were round to have the simultaneous intestinal fistula.The inciderrce of this disease is 3.08 percemt.Conclusion The incidence of the simultaneous intestinal fistula is closely related to the dispose of the stump after appendectomy,drainage,injury of cecum wall and the pathological changes of cecum itself(tuberculosis,tumor)更多还原
