【摘要】 目的　探讨PPH吻合器技术治疗严重内痔的临床价值。方法　将 95例Ⅲ～Ⅳ期内痔患者分别进行PPH( 60例 )及传统手术 ( 3 5例 )治疗。观察术中及术后的治疗情况 ,并对两组病人的手术时间、住院天数、用止痛药及随访资料进行比较分析。结果　两组病人术后症状均有明显改善 ,但PPH组在手术时间、住院天数、术后疼痛方面明显优于传统手术组。术后并发症也较传统手术组为少。结论　PPH技术治疗严重内痔的近期效果优于传统手术方式。但远期疗效有待进一步研究更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluation the value of PPH technique on management of hemorrhoids.Methods Ninety-five cases of Ⅲ～Ⅳ degree hemorrhoids were subjected to surgical treatment by PPH(n=60) and conventional surgery(n=35) separately.The condition of treatment during and after operation was observed.The operative time,hospital stay (days),administration of analgetic and follow-up data were compared between two groups.Results The patients in the two groups got satisfactory recovery from symptoms.In PPH group,the operative time and hospital stay were shorter,postoperative pain was milder than in conventional surgery group.PPH group had less severe complications than in conventional surgery group.Conclusion The short-term effect of PPH in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids was superior to that of conventional surgical procedure.更多还原
