【摘要】 目的 :探讨DIOMED激光联合手术治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果。方法 :5 0例 (5 6条肢体 )下肢静脉曲张患者采用激光联合手术治疗。主要有三种手术方式 :①激光治疗联合大隐静脉高位结扎术 2 3例 ,2 9条肢体 ;②激光治疗联合股浅静脉瓣膜包窄术和大隐静脉高位结扎术 2 1例 ,2 1条肢体 ;③激光治疗联合大隐静脉高位结扎和交通支结扎术 6例 ,6条肢体。结果 :随访 2～ 8个月 ,平均 4 .6 6个月 ,5 0例患者均恢复正常的生活自理或工作 ,无局部复发。结论 :静脉内激光治疗是一种新的治疗方法 ,具有安全、微创、疗效好、操作简便和不遗留手术疤痕等优点 ,联合手术治疗可扩大治疗应用范围。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the clinical results of endogenous treatment with DIOMED laser of superficial varicosities of the lower extremities.Methods:Fifty-six limbs in 50 patients(16 males and 34 females) underwent laser therapy with surgical intervention.Three modes of treatment included:(1)endovenous laser therapy+high ligation of great sapnenous vein:29 limbs in 23 patients;(2)endovenous laser therapy + external banding valvuloplasty of superficial femoral vein+high ligation of great sapnenous vein:21 limbs in 21 patients;(3)endovenous laser therapy + supra-varicosities ligation of great sapnenous vein+ligation of perforators:6 limbs in 6 patients.Results:All patients were followed-up for 2～8 months(mean 4.66 months).The satisfactory results without recurrence were observed.Conclusion:Endovenous laser therapy is a new mode of treatment with advantages of safety,effectiveness,easy manipulation and minimal-invasiveness leaving no scar.It can be used in combination with surgery as well.更多还原
