【摘要】 目的 :了解抗菌药物使用情况 ,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法 :对医院 2 0 0 2年第四季度出院的 5 0 30例患者抗菌药物使用情况进行了调查分析。结果 :5 0 30例患者中 ,35 98例患者使用了抗菌药物 ,使用率为 71 .5 3% ;病原学送检率为 1 0 .2 6 % ( 36 9/ 35 98) ;本院第四季度共使用抗菌药物 1 3类 6 3种 ,使用率高的前三类抗菌药物为头孢菌素类 2 9.4 6 % ( 1 92 7/ 6 6 75 ) ;青霉素类 2 5 .2 4 % ( 1 6 84 / 6 6 75 ) ;林可霉素类 1 6 .0 6 % ( 1 0 72 / 6 6 75 )。结论 :加强医院抗菌药物使用情况的监测 ,对防止抗菌药物不合理使用 ,减少细菌耐药菌株的产生有重要意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyse some problem existing in use antibacterial through investigation antibacterial use of hospital is to provide evidence for hospital decision making.Method:investigation and analyse situation that hospital using antibacterial in one season through case studyp rospectively and retrospectively.Result:the higher antibacterial of using is cephalosporins 29.47%,penicillins25.23%,lincomycins16.06%.Conclusion:To enhance surveillance of antibacterial use and prevent antibacterial illogicality use is propitious to control occur of nosocomial infections.更多还原
