【摘要】 目的 :探讨妇科腹腔镜手术操作技巧及应用价值。方法 :回顾分析 2 0 0 1年 4月至 2 0 0 4年 3月 71 3例因不同原因施行腹腔镜手术方法及疗效。结果 :6 98例手术全过程在镜下完成 ,1 5例因手术困难中转开腹手术。 71 3例中用于妇科急诊手术 1 6 1例 ;卵巢良性囊肿手术 1 91例 ;盆腔炎性手术 2 8例 ;子宫肌瘤保守性手术 2 1例 ;子宫切除手术 1 74例 ;不育症手术 1 1 5例 ,其中宫腹腔镜联合手术 80例 ;其它手术 2 3例。无术中术后并发症发生 ,临床效果良好。结论 :根据手术经验、操作难度、循序渐进地进行相应手术 ,可获满意疗效并可望安全有效地开展妇科腔镜手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate operative methods and applied value of laparoscope in gynecological operation.Methods:Operative method and therapeutic effect of 713 cases undertaken laparoscopic operation and hospitalized from April 2001 to March 2004 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Operations of 698 cases were completed under laparoscope and 15 cases changed to laparotomy due to difficult and complicated conditions.Of the 713 cases,161 were of emergency operation,191 of benign oophoritic cyst;28 of pelvic inflammation;21 of hysteromyoma;174 of hysterectomy;115 of infertility(80 jointed with hysteroscope),and 23 of other medical conditions.There were no complications during or after operation.Conclusion: Satisfied results may be obtained if the procedure is conducted in a gradual and systematical basis.更多还原
