【摘要】 目的 :观察异丙酚伍用小剂量芬太尼、升压药及抗胆碱药行静脉麻醉在胃镜结肠镜检查中的临床应用效果和安全性。方法 :行胃镜、纤维结肠镜检查和治疗患者 6 0例 ,随机分成异丙酚 +芬太尼组 (A组 )和异丙酚 +芬太尼 +麻黄素 +阿托品组 (B组 ) ,诱导后采取微量泵持续输注混合麻醉药物 ,观察诱导前、诱导后 1min、5min、10min、15min心血管及呼吸的变化 ,并记录患者恢复神志、运动时间 ,镇痛效果及其他。结果 :A、B组诱导后 1min呼吸、脉搏血氧饱和度较诱导前明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其余时段无明显差异 ;A组诱导后 1min血压、心率较诱导前明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其余时段无明显差异 ;B组诱导前后血压、心率无明显变化 ;所有患者出现的血压下降、呼吸减慢 ,血氧下降 ,经对症处理均能迅速恢复正常 ;病人对麻醉均满意 ,10min内均清醒 ,6 0min内能离院或安返病房。结论 :异丙酚伍用小剂量芬太尼、升压药及抗胆碱药静脉麻醉用于胃镜、结肠镜检查治疗中效果显著 ,并发症少 ,安全性高 ,对提高消化道疾病的诊疗水准有重要意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of disoprofol used at small dosage of fentanvl on improving blood pressure medicine and anti chline medicine in gastro and colono scopy.Methods:Sixty patients who underwent gastroscopy or colonoscopy were divided into two groups randomly:Group A:disoprofol and fentanvl employed;Group B:disoprofol,fentanvl,efedrine and Atropine employed. After induction microdisoprol infusers were used.The vital signs before induction and at 1,5,10 and 15 min after induction were observed and the recovery time and analgesia effect were record.Results:In both Groups A and B the breath and SpO 2 at 1st min after induction decreased significantly( P <0.05), while at other time points they did not change.The blood pressure and heart rate decreased notably at 1 min after induction in Group A( P <0.05),but at other time points they were in a normal range.In Group B the blood pressure and heart rate were stable,the anaesthesia effects were good, and all the patients recoved in 10 min.Conclusion:It is good to use disoprofol in gastro and colono scopy,which can improve diagnose and treament of digestive system disease.更多还原
