【摘要】 目的　探讨老年冠心病患者的生活质量与心理健康水平。方法　运用生活质量调查表和SCL 90对 6 0例老年冠心病患者的生活质量及心理健康水平进行测试 ,并与一般老年人群及SCL 90全国常模进行对照分析 ,全部数据采用t检验及直线相关分析。结果　老年生活满意度调查显示 ,影响患者生活质量满意度的因子有身体健康、医疗保健、家庭生活、经济收入、人际关系、子女孝顺等。有固定经济收入 ,躯体疾病较轻 ,医疗有保障者 ,生活满意度较高 ,其它人员较低。与常模比较 :X1、X8因子有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,X2、X6、X10、X11因子有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。SCL 90躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖等因子与常模比较有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。生活满意度总分与SCL 90各因子分的直线相关分析呈高度负相关。结论　老年冠心病患者的生活质量明显低于健康老年人 ,躯体疾病、经济收入、医疗保健对心理健康水平有明显的影响更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore life quality and psychological healthy level in senile patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Life quality and psychological healthy level in 60 senile patients with coronary heart disease were tested with life quality scale and SCL-90 respectively, the normal old and Chinese norm SCL-90 were controlled. Results The factors included physical health, medicare, familiar life, income, interpersonal relation, etc. influenced on life satisfactory of the old. They who have economy income, mild physical disease, medicare had high life satisfactory. Compared with Chinese norm, subscore X1,X8;somatization,interpertional sensitive, depression, anxiety, hostility , terror of CSL-90 had significant difference(P<0.01);X2,X6,X10 and X11 had difference too(P<0.05).The total score of life satisfaction were negatively correlated with the score of all items of SCL-90. Conclusion The quality of senile patients with coronary heart disease were lower than that of the healthy old, and physical disease, income and medicare effected on their mental health.更多还原
