【摘要】 目的:观察伊曲康唑治疗掌跖脓疱病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:对30例掌跖脓疱病患者给予口服伊曲康唑100mg/d,服用4周后减量至100mg隔日1次,再服用4周,并观察疗效及安全性。停药后随访8周。结果:30例患者中显效20例,好转7例,无效3例。随访至第8周时有12例复发,但复发频率及程度均较治疗前明显降低。未见明显不良反应。结论:伊曲康唑治疗掌跖脓疱病安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of itraconazole in the treatment of pustulosis palmaris et plantaris. Methods: Thirty patients with pustulosis palmaris et plantaris were enrolled in this study. All patients started to take itraconazole 100 mg/d for 4 weeks, then take itraconazole 100mg every other day for 4 weeks; to observe the efficacy and safety at the end of therapy. The follow-up periods were 8 weeks. Results: Twenty patients markedly improved(66.7%,20/30), 7 patients improved(23.3%,7/30), the total response rate was 90%(27/30). Three patients had no response. At the end of the follow-up, 12 patients experienced relapse, but the frequency and degree was much lower than the before. No adverse effects were noticed. Conclusions: The results suggest that itraconazole is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of pustulosis palmaris et plantaris.更多还原
